Grid box/grid pallet

The grid box (pallet) is a standardized packaging, storage and transport device made of steel and wood with the nominal dimensions of 800 x 1,200 x 790 mm.

Three of the side walls are firmly welded, the front wall consists of two flaps that can be rotated around the central axis. The box is painted gray.

The DB grid box pallet is also characterized by a metal plate with the EUR symbol, railway symbol (e.g. DB), code letter “Y” and registration number, the note of the dead weight, the loading limit (max. 1,500 kg) and the loading space (0.75 m³). .
