Career at hapack

The hapack team is a good mix of experience and carefree youth – a good prerequisite for surviving on the market. With an eye to the future, we have been providing regular training for years.

Not only in order to have sufficiently qualified employees in a few years, but also so that these employees develop in the way that they are specifically needed at hapack: flexible, a team player, resilient, knowledgeable, future-oriented and enjoy their work. We offer committed young people the opportunity to receive in-depth vocational training.

Even employees who have been in the team for years receive further training in different directions and are supported through internal and external training.
